About WholePath
A Different Approach to Employee Wellbeing
WholePath was created from a simple belief that when employees feel supported in all areas of life, they are better equipped to thrive both personally and professionally.
Traditional employee assistance programs often focus on short-term crisis intervention. WholePath takes a broader, holistic, relationship-based approach, combining life coaching, financial wellness guidance, and community resource navigation to help employees address the challenges that impact both their personal lives and workplace performance.
At the heart of WholePath is a dedicated coaching relationship built on trust, accountability, and practical support. Rather than offering one-time solutions, WholePath helps employees build long-term skills, stability, and resilience.
Our work is guided by four core principles:
-
Meet People Where They Are: Support without judgment.
-
Build Long-Term Capacity: Teach skills that create lasting change.
-
Connect to Community: Link employees with valuable resources and support.
-
Measure What Matters: Focus on outcomes that improve wellbeing and engagement.
